How Does Katherine Heigl Manage To Look So Old?

This woman in 34 years old. She is beautiful, of course. There is no doubt about that. But no matter how many Jenny Packham studs and sheer lace Reem Acra mini dresses Katherine Heigl wears, she still looks like a 'lady of a certain age.' Like a very glamorous woman in her fifties. And I just doen't know how this happens. It's not like she doesn't dress age-appropriately. Studs and lace are great for a glamour girl in her thirties. And yet...oooold. Right?
And then she wears a J.Mendel floral taffeta dress and all bets are off. If you wear a dress that someone in their sixties or seventies could look elegant in, you are just giving up. Right? Such a conundrum. Am I being too harsh, or does Katherine have a problem here? Let me know your thoughts.

I think the problem is you...she looks amazing and reading the press that was the general consensus. No 50 year old ever looked that good.

Ha! It may well be me, certainly. But I can't see past the matronly styling, sorry. And I definitely don't form my opinion based on what other people/press say :) I don't think I am alone on this one. x

Agreed. I reckon it's the hair and styling. Imagine thhose blakc dresses if she had a blunt bob and bangs? Amazing.

Me three, its the hair. agree with the blunt bob and bangs idea. Maybe even a colour change will do her good.
