Lira Wears David Tlale to 2013 US Presidential Inauguration

While we didn't get to catch a glimpse of South African songstress Lira performing at one of the 2013 Presidential Inauguration events, we can reveal what she wore for the occasion. This animal print one-shouldered gown with sleeve detail was designed by David Tlale especially for the occasion. What do you guys think? Any views of the choice? Over to you.
